South Africa:

As there is an element of uncertainty with online art purchases, Ikkat Gallery offers a Seven-day Money Back guarantee on our online artwork purchases made in South Africa.

If, after receiving a purchased artwork from us, you are not happy, you may return it and if it is received in its original condition, we will refund you the full purchase price including the shipping cost

Please email us at info@ikkat.co.za provide reason for returning, your collection date and your address.

Please ensure that the artwork is securely wrapped for return shipping, as any artworks that are damaged in transit because of inadequate packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to the client at the client’s expense.

We will arrange a courier to collect it and send you an email confirmation. Please print a copy of the email and include it in your packaging. We will refund you once the artwork has been inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days.

Please note that this does not apply to commissioned artworks or photographs – unless they are framed.

International: At this time, no refunds or returns are possible for orders that have been shipped outside South Africa.
